The Spaces In 2006, groups working with young people were invited to submit their ideas for an environmental project. The 70 best initiatives were then picked to receive funding to bring the ideas to life.

Young people began to understand the recycling process partner organisations delivered various sessions on recycling and composting. visits were made to the recycling plant to see the process. A sculpture was made from some of the recycled products - Super Cat
Community Space Challenge is funded by the The Big Lottery Fund and The Social Investment Business
and is managed by Catch22, the national charity that helps young people out of difficult situations.
