allotments stage 1
Young people were involved with cleaning up an allotment that had been derelict for many years. Young people were given different section on the allotment to clean up, there were several staff to support but also other members from the allotments came to lend a hand. The Council were extremely helpful in removing all the rubbish that had been collected. This was the first stage of the project to clear all the rubbish from the site. Later the allotments will be dug up and prepared for planting.
